As well as representing professionalism and knowledge within the construction industry, the accreditations and memberships to which we implement and subscribe also help promote and encourage good practical business standards, stability and growth.

We continually strive to achieve a better understanding of the environment in which we choose to operate and look integrate the following accreditations and memberships into our core business practices:

  Constructionline is a Public-Private Partnership between Capita and the Department for Business Innovation & Skills, recognised throughout private, public and education sectors. At it’s heart is a national online database, the UK’s largest register for pre-qualified contractors and consultants. In terms of efficiency, time and cost saving and best practice, Constructionline is proven to deliver for public and private sector organisations alike.

  The CHAS scheme is widely acknowledged for implementation of Health and Safety at the forefront of safety commitment to the workplace. The accreditation demonstrates our commitment that we acknowledge health and safety essential in everything that we do in the workplace and that our systems of working (Method Statement, Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments, audits and inspections and working practices) are to a an approved and recognised standard.

  CSCS is the leading skills certification scheme within the UK construction industry. CSCS cards provide proof that individuals working on construction sites have the appropriate training and qualifications for the job they do on site. By ensuring the workforce are appropriately qualified the card plays its part in improving standards and safety on UK construction sites.

  ISO 9001 is the international standard for creating a Quality Management Systems (QMS), published by ISO (the International Organization for Standardization). ISO 9001 standard provides the QMS requirements to be implemented for a company that wants to create all of the policies, processes, and procedures necessary to provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory needs.

  ISO 14001 is an international standard for designing and implementing an environmental management system. An environmental management system, often called an EMS, is comprised of the policies, processes, plans, practices and records that define the rules governing how your company interacts with the environment. This system needs to be tailored to your particular company, because only your company will have the exact legal requirements and environmental interactions that match your specific business processes

  BM TRADA is a UKAS accredited certification body which provides independent third party certification fire services for:

  Manufacturing, installation and maintenance service for fire doors

  Our schemes aim to raise the on-going standard of manufacture, installation and maintenance throughout the lifetime of fire doors ensuring the product’s fire resistance capabilities are maintained.

  Fire stopping installation certification scheme.

  The BM TRADA Q-Mark fire stopping installation scheme is based on training an individual who takes responsibility for the training and work carried out by a number of operatives. The scheme is designed to ensure that fire stopping solutions are being fitted correctly, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

  The SSIP and PAS91 contractor accreditation scheme checks that we meet the necessary requirements around health and safety, equal opportunities, diversity and environmental management practices – all in one plan.
